Nap time is a really important activity for growing children and teens to partake in. Resting can improve brain power and help students be more attentive. As you may have noticed if you have ever observed a class you will see many students are falling asleep during a lecture or even during a test which can really impact their learning as they will miss information and will have to do a lot more study and revision which will cause more sleep deprivation in which this will then continue in a continuous cycle. 

Nap time is scientifically proven that it improves mental health which can lead to better test scores as a school in NSW had tested it for their second semester and the student's test scores went up by more than 50% but that still didn't persuade the Board of Education.

In conclusion I think that my thoughts on allocating a certain time for a short break would really encourage better and more efficient learning in our community.
