It will give the lower class families a chance to have their credit restored from years old unpaid debt! Often people acquire more debt then we can pay back. For years to come collectors will call and send mail, spam your Email as well as ruin your credit. After years they sell your debt to a collection agency who then puts the same debt on your credit again as a more recent debt! That’s not fair. If someone brought the debt it should be a debt satisfied! That why often we se collectors we don’t know because the debt was sold! So how do i owe a debt that has been paid and why can a company i never done business with ruin my credit? I want to change this! If the debt is brought it can no longer be collected on Nor can anyone’s credit be affected by a debt that was sold or transferred to a debt collectors! This will give the people suffering from low scores a chance to rebuild their credit giving them a chance to become a credit responsible Citizen!
