Innocent civilians are being targeted by Putin in the war against the Ukraine. By using cluster munitions (bombs) it is killing anyone in the path. There is no way to guide the scattered bombs away from civilians. They are being dropped in residential areas. Near hospitals and a nuclear plant was attacked.

Putin is the aggressor. Ukraine has done nothing to instigate an attack. Putin is power hungry and thinks he can not be stopped. If he's not stopped from murdering Ukraine people he will continue being the aggressor into other countries. 

Create a no fly zone over the Ukraine now to stop the murders of innocent people.
