Allow Healthcare workers & k-12 Teachers to be tax exempt during a global pandemic

During a global pandemic, nurses & teachers have been put at the greatest risk. Allow healthcare workers and K-12 teachers to apply for a global emergency tax exempt status during the periods indicated by the CDC and the world health organization to be deemed as a national and international pandemic.
We, as a nation of Patriots, owe respect and gratitude for the daily sacrifices these brave and often selfless professionals exhibit for the continued health, education and success of our nation.
The total amount of taxes taken both on state and federal level of all teachers and healthcare workers is minimal compared to that of what properly taxing major corporations and or profiting evangelical ministries could generate in its place.
It is time we reward those citizens that directly contribute to the progress, safety and advancement of our nation and into its future.
This should be an easy decision on the federal level. If the federal government can budget nearly a trillion dollars a year in our national budget, surely we can make health care workers and K-12 teachers tax exempt. If not permanently, than at-least during a pandemic.
The state level should take up this action as well. Though higher producing GDP states would easily be able to, lower producing and degraded infrastructure states such as Kentucky or West Virginia would need to re-evaluate their budgets and where they could save in order to provide this tax exemption to those citizens that currently contribute more to their state than their elected representatives.
Our nation has been deeply hurt by this pandemic and along with it ever dividing politics. We as a nation can come together and “pay it forward”, if only to ease the burden of our heavy hearted souls.
