Bailey was a 4 month old puppy that was killed by another huge dog during his morning walks, cause of the other owner's negligence knowing that they had a broken gate... But they only decided to fix it after the incident

Bailey's backstory

My Bailey boy was attacked by a big black dog (think it was boerboel) while he was having his usual morning walk. The dog broke through the gate (which was already broken) and ran straight to Bailey, my grandma called for help and a man picked Bailey up and held him as high as he could. But unfortunately, the dog knocked the guy over and grabbed Bailey

Alot of people were there at the scene, and I still can't believe that 16 May was the last time I've seen him, and I still told him “bye Bailey, mommy will see you next time né"... But then I realized, there wasnt gonna be a next time (anyways... Back to the story) 

And Gizmo evens tried to save him, but the dog started to chase him as well (luckily he got away) but then he went straight back to Bailey and bit him by the throat and shook him very violently... And right before the dog bit him, Bailey still thought the dog wanted to play with him, not realizing what was really going to happen

I'm making this petition not only to get justice for my Bailey boy, but for owners that have dangerous dog breeds to make sure that their gates are secured so that the dogs don't escape and start attacking other pets... Or even a child
