Hello, my name is Roslynn Martin. I am looking for justice for my son, Chavis Rashad Williams who is currently in a Virginia State Prison; Green Rock Correctional Center. He was beaten badly by officers, mainly Sgt. Towler who has done this on at least one other occasion. I am attaching an article that sounds very familiar to my sons encounter with this Sgt. My son has injuries that include but not limited to, a badly bruised and swollen right eye that he is unable to see out of; a chipped tooth, the handcuffs were so tight they cut into his wrists down to the bone. They cut his clothes off of him while he was handcuffed. Sgt. Towler then proceeded to slam his face into a wall. He (Sgt. Towler) has taunted him since the incident, walking by his cell calling him names. My son is afraid for his life, as well as his family and friends. Please help us before it’s to late. This article is in reference to the same Sgt. that did this to my son.
