I was running for class president and a girl decided to try and sabotage me by spreading a old video of me saying a word that shouldn’t be used. I admit to it for being wrong but if they are  going to punish me they have to punish the other students who use the word so casually everyday in the class, the hallways, and the fields too. They denied me as class president becuase of this incident even though I won majority vote and that I deserve a second chance to educate students about the history of word and why it’s wrong to say, we are all still kids who make mistakes and we are all still learning. I’m would use this platform as class president to educate the power of the word and how we need to be more careful about social media and how things you post or say can really follow you around.
