This petition is to let my mom allow me to get a cat. ive always wanted a cat because they're so cute and fluffy. we're both allergic to them but i keep telling her that i will keep him/her outside to prevent that. recently she said that she didn't want a cat because we would have to buy the cat food along with our dog food. but we're also allergic to dogs and our dog is inside. i told her i will do everything for the cat if she will allow me to get it. my friend has a kitten that is free to go to a home and i really want it. its a little black kitten and its a girl. she's so pretty and small. getting the kitten would teach me another level of responsibility you don't get with a dog. an example of that would be a litter box. it needs cleaned a lot and you don't get that with a dog. i could buy everything for the cat myself and she would invest no money, it would all be on me. including the damage the cat does to anything we own. im more than ready for this responsibility considering i have a friend who owns two cats and i take care of them when they go out of town. i really want this kitten, and i need your help to try and convince my mom to let me get her. like i said before i will buy everything so she wont have to. i need your help to help me. it would save another animal from the shelter or being put down. please sign this petition.
