My mom wont let me get a hair cut even though its my hair guys. i even wrote a paragraph to convince her: 

hi mom i understand reasons why you disagree with me getting my haircut but i also have multiple good arguments on why i should get it cut. my first is that i think i would look good and my friends think i would look good.i like the style and i could get cool braids still and the braids would stay off of my neck when i olay basketball and run track. Speaking of keeping off my neck it would be good for the summer cause my hair hangs to my neck and gives me acne because of the products. I would also have less hair so i wouldn't run out of product so quickly and you would save money.i also already wear my hair in that style. and my hair would be just in general easier to do. i would be able to pull my hair back or up easier and it would look actually good.along with saving money and making my hair look neater im willing to compromise and promise to sign up for volleyball. I will actually try at the sport and be good. So I'm asking you to please just let me be happy and get my haircut because along with it being MY own hair it's my life and its not that big of a decision and I should be allowed to make it
