My mates dad is being sentenced to 1 year in jail for being accused of drink driving after he lost control and crashed his vehicle in a single vehicle crash. He was not alcohol tested at the time of accident. Accusations are being made because he was shaken after the accident and his speech was slurred from shock as expected. He has amazing young kids out here who depend on the man he is for them.

He has a history of drink driving but he has recieved the consequences from his past actions so his past should not be used against him in the court of law of the present.

Let's get these signatures to a max share it round and let's get this man free to carry on living life with his loving children. Nobody else was hurt due to his accident he was out for a personal reason and the accident occurred and there's no hard proof or evidence he was under the influence of alcohol so no reason himself and his family need to be put through this.
