Residents of Rajapushpa Atria at Golden Mile Road, Kokapet, Hyderabad are being disturbed due to constant (including during night time) noise and disturbance being caused by the neighboring My Home construction site to the North. The loud sounds include blasting of rocks, loading, unloading etc. These loud sounds have caused significant distress to the residents of Rajapushpa Atria and violates basic human rights of sleep and peaceful living.

On one occasion in October 2019, one of the explosive blasts has even caused damage to one of the structures of Rajapushpa Atria, putting residents' lives at direct risk.

This petition is to get My Home group to immediately cease ALL disturbance-causing activities during night hours and to ensure minimal disturbance is caused to residents of Rajapushpa Atria.
