My name is Powrnami L living in Trivandrum, Kerala.After my 12 th I got admission in Maria college of nursing ,Marthandam,Atoor,Tamilnadu. I planned to study by taking education loan.when I took admission in the college they tell that...the college is INC affiliated,that's why we submitted our orginal certificate (10 th  and 12 th)took admission there but now the INC is under processing..and I'm not able to take education loan...education loan is only applicableIf INC (Indian Nursing Council) certificate is there.I already pay the first year fee(approximately 200000) by borrowing and selling some gold,now I don't want to continue there even if they provide INC because the clg atmosphere is very uncomfortable...they are mentally torturing us and sometimes I feel very depressed.so I just want to discontinue there.But they are holding my 10 th and 12 th certificate and asking for 4 years fees as compensation...and when asked the certificates continuously they are behaving in very bad manner...I want the certificate back ,then only I can take admissions in this academic year in some other colleges,please do help
