Need to have an environment that we can feel safe. As females we can’t be afraid to talk about things that happen that makes uncomfortable or are inappropriate. We need to be supported and protected. We need to not be ignored. We need to not be silenced. Are voices need to be heard. We can’t feel afraid to speak up and we need to trust that we are being protected. Harassment is not ok and should not be treated as no big deal and we need to be taught to speak up and not be quiet.
