On January 14th, 2022 the Muscogee County School District decided to continue the mask mandate for our children without real evidence it is needed.   

As of January 28th, 2022, per their website (https://muscogee.k12.ga.us it states only 138 out of 30,789 students are positive for Covid. That is only .45%. We demand to know what makes the mask mandate needed if such low numbers are positive for Covid and even if the numbers fluctuate, we still believe it should be optional. Give us our medical freedom of choice back.

We, the students and families of the MCSD are asking Dr. David F. Lewis, the “medical panel” and the board members to stand up for our students and their individual rights and lift this unconstitutional mask mandate by making them optional. Let the people of the MCSD make their own decisions regarding themselves and their families.
