Fox News is a media outlet that operates their business in your city. They continue to spread harmful misinformation in an attempt incite violence against our nation's police, government officials, and anyone who isn't adhering to their propaganda. Yesterday morning the former President did an interview with Fox News in which he warned the FBI and DOJ of violence if they continue their investigation. That appears to violate U.S. Extortion Laws. Just last night Tucker Carlson again threatened violence if the DOJ does not cease their criminal investigation into Donald J. Trump. 

This cannot be allowed to continue, as this dangerous rhetoric incites violence from coast to coast.  If a bar, nightclub, or any other business in your city is known for drug activity or has a continuous problem violence at that location that business would be shut down for maintaining a PUBLIC NUISANCE. Holding a business license in Washington DC is a privilege not a right. You have a duty to protect your citizens from danger. Fox News is not only a danger to your city, it's is a danger to our nation and rule of law. 

We ask that you REVOKE FOX NEWS BUSINESS LICENSE FOR MAINTAINING A PUBLIC NUISANCE.
