The program itself offers no help to people paying their tickets. I sent an email for instructions on how to pay (I lost my ticket information but had the citation #). They never responded. Now I have to pay the ticket + court costs because the company that runs the program does not respond to email (even though it says on the ticket stub to send inquiries). I just think that if the company should be more responsible with "customer" service.

Because it is invasion of privacy and they can't even get my address correct from my license plate, so what else are they getting wrong? Plus the rates are basic criminal for a non-violent crime.

This is a money generator and not a safety tool. A ticket should never be given without a human witness present.

I just got a letter today from a group of lawyers for a red light ticket that happened in July 2012. Why a year and a half later am I just now notified about the supposed violation?

The cameras make the intersections more dangerous, not less. It is little more than a money grab for the city. Worry about real issues and move on.

These devices are dangerous and privacy concerns are great. It's time to do the right thing and take them down

Unconstitutional, and abusive implementation to increase revenue streams.

These cameras are:
A) Defective, I see them snapping pictures of people going through yellow lights and even snapping pictures of the intersections when there are no cars there. They take pictures at random.
B) 'Big Brother' was a FEAR of the citizens of the US, and here is 'Big Brother' at our intersections.
C) They are DANGEROUS. Some people do not realize that these cameras are, in effect, un-enforceable and slam their brakes on to avoid going through a yellow light.
D) This is really nothing more than robbery by an out of state company that is 'stealing' our local cash from average law abiding citizens.

It's a waste of my tax dollars! It's not productive. It's unfair taxation!
