This is a kind request to whom it may concern. 

In ward 65 some areas don't have tar roads and we as the community feel its due time we get our roads fixed as we have been promised.We also need it due to the fact that we also want to develop our place.

We live with elderly people and when it rains the roads are not user friendly for them. Our kids end up playing in the mud causing them to get sick. We as the community of ward 65 are kindly asking for assistance via this matter
