There are probably close to as many dogs as people living in the pass. Myself have got one this past year, which has made me realize that as a community we could really use an off leash dog park. A place where owners can bring their dogs so they can run, play, interact with other dogs and burn off energy. We have Crowsnest Pet Care and they’re wonderful, but for most it isn’t an affordable option to be using frequently. Communities neighbouring us have off leash parks, but it would be fantastic to not have to drive 30+ minutes to use them. We surely must have a small bit of unused land that would be suitable for the purpose. Please sign this petition so that the municipality can see this is a wanted and needed addition for our community. Thank you.
