The beginning of the new semester has taken place on 2nd of August 2021 and together with that, a new system was introduced to students whereby the students are now required to submit handwritten answers for their final examination.

As far as this new implementation goes and with the understanding, it is well received despite the complex procedure and underlying worrisome issues. It extents to time factor, technological error and even worse, students whose families could not afford technological advances such as the latest smartphones, tablets, or printers with scanning functionality. 

Considering the time frame before final examination approaches, the concerns above might be resolved with time. However, following the new announcement received by some, students are also required to submit handwritten presentation slides for tutorial purposes for certain subjects.

This is inconvenient and time consuming to the students. If this new system only applies to final examination and not minor tasks such as tutorial and presentation, the students are willing to tolerate.

Please make it as humanely simple for us to tackle our tasks that is meant to be uncomplicated in the first place. It would be a tremendous help if we could proceed with our tutorials and presentations without having to tackle it in handwritten manner. Not to mention, the short notice for any preparation to take place.
