Reliance Jio started its marketing by giving freebies of Data and calls. Like me there were so many customers that jio will do right for their customers, as their service was Good than that of their competitors. But, with regard to the recent Jio Mobile (so called effectively zero priced mobile) I and many other customers are very much disappointed with their tactics used in marketing the Jio mobile!
While Mr Mukesh Ambani said the mobile is effectively priced zero, he or any other representative never said us openly that the jio mobile that they are selling are to be returned after 3 years of compulsory usage to avail the cash back! What kind of strategy is this! How many people knew this? Not the majority for sure! There are no options to cancel or transfer (more than once) the pre-ordered Jio mobile voucher! This is like forcing the customers to do what they are not willing to do! We request to change the terms and conditions for returning the pre-order voucher and refund the amount or make transferring option available any number of time (currently limited to one time). We people never like this kind of hide and seek play! We never asked you to give in less price if you want the product back.
