So it might seem silly to start a petition over a TV show. But I think it’s important for dedicated fans to get at least a wrap of the show we all loved. Scream the Tv was a spin off of the movie Scream Franchise by the late Wes Craven. That they decided to to turn into a tv show. Following around teenagers who’s town has a violent past that comes to light in the two seasons. By season 2 end we’re left on a cliff hanger. And months later they make a “wrap up” hour long episode for scream 2 that essentially has nothing to do with the two seasons. Yes it’s the same cast but they are taken out of their environment and given some what of a different story. Years went by and finally VH1 reprises the tv show but decides to reboot it even though we learned that the only scream was in fact green lighted for a 3rd season even though they had their wrap up episode sort of speak. But they decide to do a two day premiere with a different cast. At first I was against watching it. But out of curiosity I did. It was alright but it’s not the same. They should bring back scream for season four with the old cast. And not make a anthology the series wasn’t set up for that so it wouldn’t make sense to make it one now. Plus this was Wes Cravens work and a tv show he worked on before he passed away and they honored him in the last episode of season 1 when it premiered on MTV. And continued out his show in his honor. And that’s what we should still be doing. Wes craven had a dream with this tv show and we should continue it on.
