Reception for cellphones are bad as it is, yet when power to towers are lost (loadsheding) then the towers are of immediately. This is a safety concern. The battery's where stolen, but nothing has been done to restore the services. There was a case opened with the saps with a case number. We pay for a service that we don't receive!
