I want to make NYC subways accessible for people of all abilities.There are 8.623 million people in New York City. 3,096,008 of those people use the subway. 930,100 of New Yorkers have disabilities which I am one of .Do the math and you will see how much this is needed . I cant take the subway to school which often makes me late . I know many new Yorkers face this to so if we can get the improvements to are subway such as ramps on subway cars .metro card machines that can direct the blind how to refill it .loud speakers that work and much much more. Also the MTA promised us improvements years ago and nothing has ben done  so please help me and so many others to be able to take the subway .
