Millions of women were insulted this week by statements made by Hillary Clinton's supporters. The recent attacks aimed at millennial voters because of their overwhelming support for Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT). The insults were sexist and derogatory towards all women.

On Friday night's Real Time with Bill Maher, Bill asked Gloria Steinem why an overwhelming amount of young women support Sanders bid for Presidency. She suggested younger women were just backing Mr. Sanders so that they could meet young men. “When you’re young, you’re thinking, ‘Where are the boys? The boys are with Bernie,’ ” Ms. Steinem said. This indication that women cannot think for themselves and are pursuing men rather than their own political ideology is a slap in the face of ALL women.

To add further insult to Injury, during a Hillary Clinton rally in New Hampshire on Friday Madeleine Albright had a few choice words as well. “We can tell our story of how we climbed the ladder, and a lot of you younger women think it’s done. It’s not done,” Ms. Albright said of the struggle and fight for women’s equality. “There’s a special place in hell for women who don’t help each other!”

We demand a Public apology from both Gloria Steinem and Madeleine Albright. Women are free to have independent thoughts and political views. We do not need a man or woman telling us how to think or what is best for our country and struggles as women. We do not bow our heads to men's political views for a chance to stand in their presence. We do not appreciate the slam that standing up for what we believe in lands us "a special place in hell".
