It's been some time since I've supported one of these petitions. However, I've found that most organizations do retire the K9 to their original handler. I pray that MSA/PWP will do so, too. Thank you very much . . . we understand these K9's are workers, but K9 workers are also loved and members of real families . . . Mattie is not just a number.
