Cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was fatally shot on the set of “Rust”.
  “Baldwin was handling the gun when a live shot rang out, killing cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and wounding the film's director, Joel Souza, on Oct. 21 in Santa Fe, New Mexico.” -New York Post 

 “Alec Baldwin said he's not to blame for the death of cinematographer he shot with a prop gun on the "Rust" movie set.” -New York Post 

In a video posted on TMZ's website Baldwin publicly stated; 

"I'm not allowed to make any comments because it's an ongoing investigation, I've been ordered by the Sheriff's Department in Santa Fe. I can't answer any questions about the investigation.”
He went on to discuss meeting with Ms. Hutchins widower and her nine year old son.

Baldwin answered questions regarding the shooting, Halyna’s injuries and again spoke about Halyna’s widow Matthew and her juvenile son.

Regarding the investigation Baldwin stated the following;      
"I've been told by people who are in the know, in terms of even inside the state, that it's highly unlikely that I would be charged with anything criminally," he said. 

Actor Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilary took to social media following Halyna’s death to discuss multiple aspects of the tragedy, including details of the investigation.
Baldwin and Hilary continue posting commentary regarding the investigation and their personal thoughts regarding Halyna’s death, the investigation and Mr. Baldwin’s suffering.    

Alec Baldwin has recently taken to social media to discuss details of warrant pertaining to the investigation.
                                                       
Hilary Baldwin utilizes social media almost daily urging the public stop “creating drama”. 
 "Now, my husband is suffering from PTSD right now.” Hilary stated, adding that the media and "trolls" want to "poke at him." People/Hilaria Baldwin Instagram.

Foremost we are concerned for Matthew Hutchins and his minor son.
Mr. Hutchins has publicly requested that his privacy be respected.  
Alec and Hilary Baldwin continue utilizing social media to discuss the shooting of Mr. Hutchins wife and multiple aspects of the tragedy. 

We respectfully request your assistance in protecting all victims of the “Rust” shooting privacy. We are EXTREMELY concerned for Halyna Hutchins loved ones and everyone injured as the result of the fatal shooting. We appreciate any/all action you can take to protect them from the Baldwin’s constant social media discussions. 

Mr Baldwin expressed deep disdain and criticized both members of the “Rust” crew suffering emotional injuries that filed a lawsuit. Both individuals were publicly named in Alec Baldwin Unscripted ABC. 
Baldwin chastised their decision to take legal action as a result of their emotional trauma after witnessing a fatal shooting and serious injury. 
It is very concerning that Mr. Baldwin encouraged judgement of individuals suffering symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as a result of his actions. 

We are deeply troubled and concerned by the Baldwin’s interviews and personal commentaries about Halyna Hutchins fatal shooting. 
We ask you to take appropriate action in protecting Halyna Hutchins surviving family from further emotional trauma.
We ask for the same consideration for everyone physically and emotionally injured as a result of “Rust”  film set fatal shooting. 

We respectfully ask that the individual(s) responsible for discharging a live weapon on the set of “Rust” resulting in a fatality and serious injuries be held accountable. 
Regardless of public status, economics, “In the know” legal/law enforcement connections, race, ethnicity, gender we implore you to enforce accountability. 

Please consider the actions that resulted in an entirely avoidable death of Ms. Hutchins.
Halyna Hutchins was a wife, mother, daughter, friend and respected professional. 

Her tragic death should be met with charges and we respectfully ask you to make those charges. 
Halyna Hutchins and her family deserve justice and we trust you to ensure that justice is obtained.
