We are 500+ residents of Palazzio Cooperative Housing Society Limited, located inside Aditya Mill Compound, Safed Pul, Saki Naka, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri East, Mumbai 400072. We are located in jurisdiction of L ward of MCGM. Since our society is located near one of the busiest traffic junctions in Mumbai, we have to constantly endure high levels of pollution. We neither have any garden near our society premises nor any place for recreational activities for our residents. We have a small 20% amenity plot next to our society premises numbered as CTS 832 B/2 which is currently being used as scrap vehicle dumpyard by MCGM authorities. The said amenity plot was granted by our builder M/s Spenta Builders Private Limited to MCGM through an agreement dated 13th October 2014. The said plot is in possession of MCGM since 20th July 2015. While selling flats to us, our builder had told us that a municipal garden would be constructed on the said amenity plot. However, we have recently found out that authorities are planning to construct a police station on the said amenity plot. Our residents don't want a police station. We want a municipal garden. We want some space to breathe fresh air. We want a small place where our children could play. We want a green, clean environment.
