Our 11 year old daughter was singled out and sent to the office to have her pants duct taped because they have holes in the legs. These holes are NOT in any location that shows private areas or anything inappropriate. When we tried to discuss the issue, we were dismissed being told that it is "school policy". Looking at other children and also the uniforms of the cheerleaders and majorettes, the pants my daughter had on show alot less skin. My daughter was pulled from class, affecting her education, over this. We had to pick her up and bring her home. There are more important things for the school to worry about than if a little girl has a couple holes in her pants that don't show anything but minimal skin.
