We feel that more essays and take home tests will give us more opportunities for success in this class. As Mr Tassone said USH is just memorization, well how can I memorize something without writing it out, or really knowing what I'm talking about.

There are different types of learners and a teacher should accommodate to all types, and not just tell them to read the text book. Having us write more essays will give us an opportunity to really understand what we are learning, and help to bring up our grades. 

One take home test per quarter will not only bring up our grades, but give us students a mental break from the stressful atmosphere that comes with attending school. Constant studying is overwhelming and can do a lot of damage on a students mental state. And you may have other students' tests to grade, but we have other teachers tests to take. So as a member of the Kennedy Catholic Community, I ask as a student to help us out. Thank you for your time.
