A special bogie for exam takers in trains running through examination cities across India

For every exam, may that be UPSC, SSC, NDA, Entrance Tests, Bank Tests, there are lakhs of exam takers and examination cities being 30-60 (on an average). And when all these lakhs are running to the same cities on the same day, it's next to impossible for us to reach the examination city without much hassle.
It would be great if the Indian Railways allot a bogie to the trains running through these examination cities at least on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday (as most of the exams are conducted on Saturdays and Sundays). This would be a great help to many under-privileged exam takers who mainly rely on Indian Railways (for its cheap fares). This would save us from all the fatigue and help us concentrate totally on the exam.
Personally, I couldn't take SBI SO 2017 exam as my berth is not confirmed and the TC could not allot me a vacant seat (as the train was already fully packed). So, I was asked to get into a general bogie which was overcrowded and half-a-dozen are already clinging on the doors. As a girl (may be as a human), I thought it would be unsafe to hold on to a door in a running train along with some unknown men. So, I went further to check the Ladies Compartment, which for my utter shock was almost in the same condition.
There I stood, in a railway station, with an opportunity lost, not because I was sick, nor because I haven't studied, but just because I couldn't reach the examination center on time anymore. I wish to see no one in such a doleful situation.
Please sign this petition asking Mr. Suresh Prabhu, our Railway Minister to allot a special bogie for exam takers.
