South African hooligans are burning Zimbabwean immigrants to death in a harrowing manner.

In this 21st century, the world community must never tolerate such level of barbarism. 

Mr. Ramaphosa must step in today and save lives; no one deserves to die with a burning tire strapped around their neck. 

This is sickening, the silence from world leaders is sickening. Such henious crimes must never be allowed to continue one more day
