We deserve shorter days because:

1. Most students cannot get jobs and obtain adequate work experience, because a lot of places only allow students to work until 7:00pm or students are working too late that they aren’t able to get the sleep they need.
2. As young adults, we deserve more freedom. Elementary school gets out at the same time as we do. Our opportunities after-school are limited because we don’t have a lot of time to do anything besides school, house chores, dinner, then it’s time to go to bed. 
3. We sometimes feel we live our life at school and don’t have the time to actually *live* our life. We are in school for 9 months out of the year and start back earlier than most other schools. Some of us have to wake up at 5am or 6am to catch the bus and are so tired after school we feel we cannot accomplish or experience things that help us grow into the people we want to be. 
    
   We deserve better food because:

1. The food is very NASTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    
2. people have health problems like For me i have DIABETES and i have to eat something but the food be so nasty that i just starve  and my sugar be low that's not good for me and we get in trouble for going to get food i don't know no other way we could get food/eat and that is sad to say that but its the truth
3. Some people come to school because they have a bad living space and the come to eat at school and they rely on the school food but we have nasty food. Now they have to  wait to eat.  What I want to do is have support  from the board, the teachers and  our principal.
