We as students feel as if Mr.Willis has and does a poor job teaching circular. Along with poor student communication. He fails to obtain students' attention while in class with no apparent motive to wanting to be taught nor be in the presence of students. Also has a lack of classroom management other than when an administrator is present. He fails to establish relevance along with assuming a lesson taught is a lesson learned.
