As you know yours is a remarkable organization.  It is the largest public employer in the country.  We value our local post offices as a great American institution and a friendly local place to buy stamps and mail packages.
 
We believe that your workers know how much they we rely on them.  Please ask them to voluntarily work overtime on November 3rd and even November 2nd to assure that the ballots are postmarked by the 3rd.  Thank you.
