Allow John Adams Middle School 8th graders to use the restroom during class changes.

John Adams Middle School has recently “banned” eighth grade students from going to the bathroom during the class change because of bad behavior and actions that were taking place during that time. The eighth grade students feel that this is a bad choice. A lot of kids that are not doing the bad things that were being done want to use the bathroom during the class change. To solve this the teachers allow students to use passes to go to the bathroom. Though the problem is they only give out three and they are extra credit which some kids need. They also gave the opportunity to go during lunch, which works but a lot of kids would rather communicate with their friends and eat. Overall I feel that we as students should have the ability to go to the bathroom during the class change time. There are people that still will go to the bathroom during the class change so why have the rule in affect. Legally you cannot put cameras in the bathroom, but one solution could be to have some way to know what happened if anything bad and who had done it.
