The Dignity Project started this petition to Mr Donald Grant (Minister of Public Transport - Cape Town)
The Pensioners and people living on disability grants are facing severe financial challenges.
Most can not afford public transport and in this, they miss hospital and clinic appointments, struggle to reach a SASSA PayPoint and is generally cut off the world, unable to visit family and loved ones.
We recommend that a no-charge should be made available for these group of citizens.
