Mr.Davis needs to be fired from the Strongsville School District because he harasses students, treats them unfairly, thinks he can do whatever he wants, he changes the story when he makes a report on a student and lies. Mr.Davis has been seen multiple times looking over or trying to look between the crack on the schools bathroom stalls to "catch" students "doing something they shouldn't be" doing in a school restroom. He uses any excuse he can and lies to avoid any backfire on himself. He follows students around the hallways and into bathrooms you could check the cameras even to prove it. He will follow you and not leave the bathroom until you do or until its empty . There are staff bathrooms for a reason there is no reason for staff to be going into bathrooms when they have their own its invading our privacy they have no reason to be in a bathroom with other students. It makes me feel uncomfortable and on edge a little bit not knowing if he's just going to try and "catch" me in the restroom doing something bad in the stall. He has searched students in the bathroom just because there were people sitting in the bathroom waiting for their turn to use the restroom. I get that there is a vaping issue in our school but there other ways to go about it and this teacher needs to be released or suspended for all the things he has done. When something he doesn't like happens and nothing happens to the student afterwards of it he tries even harder to get you in trouble. I once said Mel Davis out loud because he will not respond to anything else, and I wanted his attention to talk to him, he then doesn't come to me but goes to another teacher and then that teacher comes to me saying I am harassing and bullying him and that Ill be called down later in the day probably I was never called down or talked to about it but my parents were called and they told me what was said and it was not true for the most part like he made it out to be. Everyone else at my table also got calls home saying the same thing and 2 hour detentions because ME AND ONLY ME said Mel Davis and I have teacher that would say the same.  If you are going to work at a school then you need to be able to talk to kids and address the issue yourself to the student not another teacher. Everything I have said here is what is from my past experiences and knowledge there could be more than just this speak to the students.
