UPPCO Billing Practices Under Review

Many people have unresolved billing issues with UPPCO. Estimated bills are way off, sometimes outrageous bills are sent and then followed by shut-off notices. Calls to customer service are a waste time.
Now, for the first time the Michigan Public Service Commission has directed their staff to issue a report by January 26th. It is imperative that you let the staff know the specific problems that you have experienced by December 8th in order for them to have adequate time to see how big of problem exists.
