The 'new pilot boats' are too noisy for our peaceful well appreciated coastal environment. The residents and very many more everyday visitors do complain that the irritating deep drone of their engines resonate all along the loughs coastline and even up into the hills behind the coast.  Cars and planes go by, but these pilot boats are continuously present 24/7.  There must be a way to solve this in our modern technological engineering methods.  Oddly enough, the old boats were basically quiet, the new design has not taken into account the noise to the people around the Lough, all other transport industries have been improving their noise levels. Lets push the message that we are not happy and our natural wellbeing does get effected by the pilot boat's noise. AND just as importantly, there are no more to come!
