Why does Northolt Station display disabled access stickers on their disabled access barrier but provides NO disabled access? Many people like me, live with a disability but are eager to explore London and enjoy this great city. But my local station - Northolt Central Line - while displaying disabled access in fact have no disabled access.

Equality of opportunity - to travel - is meant to encourage integration and independence in society and to help disabled people lead a normal life professionally in the working world and socially. To give disabled people equal opportunties to motivate them in helping themselves means where disabled access is advertised it should be available.

Station staff have no idea when access will be provided or whether there's any plans to provide more than a disabled sticker on their disable barrier!!
