The forgotten heroes that works side by side with the nurses-they are the health care support workers. They are overworked, have big responsibilities and underpaid.

They work as hard as the nurses but their pay rate is several levels lower than the nurses. They struggle to pay the bills and living expenses at the end of the month.

Why don't we show them that their work is appreciated by upgrading their minimum pay band from band 2 to band 3 or band 4.

Please do not forget them.
