This only helps our state economy. Just looks at the Scorsese/DiCaprio production that’s starting up in Oklahoma.

Because I do music and acting for films. I think it is great for people to get involved in something here and not have to move to Cali to be a star.

I believe in this initiative. As a filmmaker, producer, director, writer, actor, and philanthropist, it is important to support avenues and resources that can help further vision of what people like myself are doing. Houston, we have too much talent not to be taken seriously in the industry.

I am signing to support the arts, and any potential artist in Houston. Houston is a progressive city, and should have a progressive industry here, as well.

I think it needs to be done to support the smaller film industry and get more creativity out there.

I've always been a firm supporter and believer in the importance of the theater arts in showing the strength of community when the inspired creativity behind it is given a chance to flourish.

TX is a great state for filming and provides us many opportunities to further my son's acting career. I would hate to see that diminish should producers decide it's no longer worth filming due to the loss of these incentives.
