The school's proposed reopening plan for school is to separate students by alphabetical order, having one group physically learn at school and the other group virtually learn at home. One group will consist of students having last names that start with A-L in one group and M-Z in another. I am proposing that we separate students by grade, with 9th and 10th grade students being in one group and 11th and 12th grade students in the other. In addition to this, to allow 2 grades at once, teachers should be able to use other grades classrooms while the other teachers are at home, so we can still socially distance in class. Each group will be in school for 2 full days physically learning, for 2 other days they will do asynchronous work at home, and on Friday everyone partakes in synchronous learning at home.
