Nicholas John started this petition to Mount carmel township police department

On July 4th 2021 Lisa karlaza allegedly murdered her husband Richard karlaza in his home. Their only son together believes his wife was involved in the planning of this murder and was not interviewed and it has been 6 weeks since the death.  It seems like the two women potentially had plans to remove their husbands to benefit financially off them. Lisa is currently incarcerated in northumberland county jail. And her only outside source of help is her daughter in law “stephy”.

On July 27 2021, Lisa had her sons wife obtain Power of Attorney of her. In hopes of having her break into the house and look for money and valuables. This is not legal due to the slayers act, their are laws for this. It seems like the sons wife might have removed potential evidence from the house as well so the son wouldn’t find it.

When the break in occurred, the police were called and left the scene, thinking she had the authority to do this. It had been determined by lawyers this was a criminal act. The sons wife also caused roughly $3400 in damages to the home.
We are asking the public to sign this petition for the family to force the mount carmel township police department to do their duty and protect and serve, pressing charges on the sons wife for this cruel and sick act. She was already ordered by the court to return all property, but for justice she should be charged accordingly to the lawyers but the police don’t want to get involved and keep using the excuse that this is a civil matter.  The sons wife was previously charged for harassment/bodily injury for a incident that occurred a few days prior to this day. She is a obvious threat to herself and to the public.

Thank you, and god bless!!
