To whom it may concern:

I am forming this Petition on behalf of Mothers and caregivers of infants and toddlers requiring formula.

In the past few months, the availability of formula has become less and less making it virtually impossible to acquire.  It is because of this we are petitioning Abbott to put local grocery stores on the requirement list.  We are including the possibility for online stores such as Amazon, Buy Buy Baby and other major retailers to accept WIC.

This situation has become dire.  Our children must have formula to live and grow. This is not a political issue; it is the responsibility of all Pennsylvanians as well as our legislators to see that our families are cared for. After  succeeding in Pennsylvania I would like to take this nationwide. 

I thank you in advance for your swift and diligent attention to this matter.  Attached you will find a petition from a disheartened community.
