Make laws against impaired drivers in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas, stricter. With increased sentences. We need better laws to protect our families. We need the availability of Breathalyzer Lockouts in cars of perpetrators. We need more support for our Police and Sheriff Departments. Driving is a privilege with responsibility. It is not a Right.
