Moses Lake Parks and Recreation has taken down and will continue the removal of the the swings at all the playgrounds because they feel it's a liability issue other than baby swing. (This information as been given to me by several people including maintenance before they knew about this petition. I also have a voice mail message that states this that several people have heard.) 

So no more feeling the air in your hair, no more letting your worries go. We rock our babies to sleep, but now we say to our toddler and youth you can no longer feel that comfort because it's a liability issue.

But it's not that hard for them to post a sign that says "play at your own risk" or "swing at your own risk".

Whats next.. The toys are to high??
