The issues that we must solve together to make Morton the best place to deliver and to receive care are urgent. We are in a staffing emergency inside a public health crisis. We moved with speed to present very focused proposals in the first few sessions.  There need to be changes to improve our retention and recruitment. We had been asking for bargaining to start months before management agreed to dates.  We urge you to agree to our proposals and move these negotiations with all due efficiency and seriousness.
