New timetable:
Homegroup: 8:00 am - 8:02 am (2 min)
Period 1: 8:07 am - 9:13 am (1 hour 6 minutes)
Period 2: 9:18 am - 10:24 am (1 hour 6 minutes)
Lunch: 10:24 am - 10:34 am (10 minutes)
Period 3: 10:39 am - 11:45 am (1 hour 6 minutes)
Period 4: 11:50 am - 12:56 pm (1 hour 6 minutes)

School finished before 1pm.
1pm - 12am have fun doin tings (11 hours)

The later finishing time directly impacts my daughter's after school job. She wont be able to get to work in time now. It will also impact those students who need to get the early public buses. If you have to extend the school day, start earlier. My high school started at 8.30am and finished at 3pm.

Irene - I don’t go to this school but these times are going to fry your students brain. My school have 55 min periods so we can stay focused the whole time.

My daughter would arrive home later meaning she would be late for her sporting commitments which are imperative for her mental health, fitness and wellbeing.
