Remove the fence at the Pillars - Bring back the fun

The pillars is a place for fun and for community to come together.
The media and council has painted everyone that visits The Pillars as "Daredevils", which is not true at all. MOST people go to The Pillars and jump safely.
Check the depth before jumping and jump at your own risk, there is even a small 1metre jump if you don't want to jump from the slightly higher ones. One of the truly wonderful and beautiful natural wonders that brings people together in Australia.
The council has recently put up a fence to keep people from visiting the pillars, they complain about people leaving rubbish at The Pillars but they haven't supplied any bins anywhere nearby, bins would be ideal.
we would like to enjoy this beautiful location and take our friends and family down to jump off and enjoy the summer here :-)
Rather than blocking it, the council just needs to put up a sign that says jump at your own risk.
This site is beautiful and could have a lifeguard to patrol it like other beaches, it is too beautiful and enjoyable to block off.
Rather than pulling a Donald Trump and "building a wall", the Mornington Peninsula Council should put bins in up the top, remove the fence and put in "jump at your own risk" signs. This is a beautiful location and everyone that goes down is all so friendly, it really brings people together. We want the Pillars back!
